We offer first class shipping as standard for all of our orders. As we make our lovely candles by hand we expect them to be with you within 3-5 working days
Unfortunately we do not. We ship to people residing in the UK only.
Typically you will receive your order within 3-5 working days, in the unlikely event that this will take longer we will notify you by email using the email you provided during checkout.
We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal and Apple Pay
Buying online is perfectly safe, always look out for the padlock at the top of your browser when buying online. This padlock shows you the site you are on is safe and secure for payments.
To place an order simply click ‘Add to basket’ on the product you would like to order. You can then view items in your basket by clicking ‘View basket’. Once you have checked your basket and are happy to proceed you have the option to ‘Proceed to checkout’. This will take you to the payment page where you can choose the payment method you prefer and place your order.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you can cancel your order up to 14 days after your order is delivered. You then have another 14 days to return the goods once you’ve told us you would like to cancel your order.
You cannot return or cancel your order if you have used any item(s). All goods must be pristine in their original packaging.
You are entitled to a full refund including any original delivery costs if you return the goods to us unused and unopened within 14 days after you cancel.
It is your responsibility to send the goods back and pay for your own shipping if you are returning any goods. This does not effect your statutory rights.

To amend your order please contact us by email at info@fika-candles.co.uk within 24 hours of placing your order.
As all of our candles are handmade you cannot change your order after 24 hours.
No you do not need an account to place an order. However for your convenience we do recommend creating an account.
You do not need to create a username or password, these will be automatically generated and emailed across to you upon placing an order.
You can change your password anytime, or simply refer to your email.
Simply login to your account using your username and password you have been emailed and you will see an option on the left hand side to view your order(s).

You have up to 14 days after delivery to cancel your order, you then have another 14 days to return the goods back to us.
It is your responsibility to return the item(s) back to us and pay for the return shipping.
